What
if I call All America Roadside Assistance and I am not in their
system?
In the rare event you should call and you are not in our system
or your eligibility cannot be verified we will offer to assist
you at your expense. In other words, you will still be able to
use the All America Roadside Assistance emergency number, but
you will be expected to pay for the service. (Keep in mind that
because we are such a large corporate account, it is likely that

on the commercial letterhead of the service provider, and your
name, address, and member number to All America Roadside Assistance
c/o our affiliate Roadside Protect, 2401 Hassell Rd., Ste 1515

I
called All America Roadside Assistance and the ETA (estimated
time of arrival) I was given was too long, what are my options?
In most cases we are able to assist you within 30-45 minutes.
In certain areas and at certain times, we may not be able to dispatch
help to you. In those cases we will give you an authorization
number and direct you to call a local service provider for the
assistance you need. You then pay the service provider directly
for services rendered, and you submit to us a reimbursement request.
Your dollar limit for reimbursement is $100 per event. Extreme
weather conditions, acts of God or nature, heavy call volume or
lack of equipment availability may affect our ability to provide
service.
